All audio and video conversion happens locally on your device using Apple's AVFoundation framework.
We never upload your media files to any server and do not retain copies of your files outside your device's local storage, including any in-app history or file list.
The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and yearly) for premium features.
All purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store / StoreKit. We never receive or store your payment card information, Apple ID password, or billing details.
To manage and validate subscription entitlements, we use RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management platform. RevenueCat receives:

The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not display ads.
Aside from the subscription validation described above, we do not use analytics or tracking SDKs that identify you individually, nor do we track you across other apps or websites for advertising purposes.
We do not sell your personal information.
The only third party involved in the operation of the App is RevenueCat, which is used solely to validate subscriptions and purchases.
We may also disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will promptly address the matter.
Converted files and app preferences remain stored locally on your device. You control their retention by deleting files or uninstalling the App.
Subscription validation records maintained by RevenueCat are retained according to RevenueCat's own retention policies.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
