These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and the developer of MP3 Converter ("the App," "we," "us") governing your use of the App.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and only as permitted under Apple's applicable terms and policies.
MP3 Converter allows you to select supported video and audio files from your device and convert them into supported audio formats, including MP3, where available.
The App may also provide tools for managing, exporting, and saving converted files on your device.
Unless otherwise stated within the App, media conversion and processing are performed locally on your device.

MP3 Converter offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features and functionality.
Subscription Plans
Available subscription plans, including their subscription name, duration, and current price, are displayed in the App's purchase screen before you confirm your purchase.
The available plans may include weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions.
The exact price and currency shown to you may vary depending on your App Store account, country or region, taxes, and applicable Apple pricing.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
By purchasing an auto-renewable subscription, you authorize Apple to charge your Apple ID account for the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each new subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account subscription settings.
On your Apple device, you can generally access your subscriptions through:

Deleting or uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, the applicable terms, duration, and eligibility requirements will be displayed in the App before you subscribe.
If you start a free trial and do not cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, your subscription may automatically renew at the applicable subscription price.
Any unused portion of a free trial or promotional period may be forfeited when you purchase an applicable subscription, where permitted by Apple's policies.
Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase and are processed through Apple's App Store.
We may change subscription prices in the future. Where required by applicable law or Apple's policies, you will receive appropriate notice of material price changes before they take effect.
All purchases and subscription payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not directly process or store your payment card information.
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies and applicable law.
The App, including its software, interface, graphics, logos, branding, design, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or any of its intellectual property to you.
You retain ownership of the media files you select and convert using the App.
The App uses Apple's App Store and StoreKit services to process purchases and subscriptions.
The App also uses RevenueCat for subscription management, entitlement validation, and subscription-related services.
Your use of Apple's services may also be subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.

Your privacy is important to us. Information about how the App handles information and data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not guarantee that the App will always operate without interruption, errors, delays, compatibility issues, or defects.
We also do not guarantee that every file will be converted successfully or that converted files will always maintain the same quality, metadata, format, or compatibility.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, FILES, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTIONS DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, some limitations may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another person or entity.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may suspend or terminate access to certain features of the App if you materially violate these Terms or use the App in an unlawful manner.
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you where applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date displayed at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the App.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.
