Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the PDF Scanner & Document Scan application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Scan, copy, or distribute documents you do not have the legal right to use.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the App's source code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or security.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the App without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for the documents and content you scan, create, store, and share using the App.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Weekly: $3.99 (includes free trial)
• Monthly: $14.99
• Yearly: $39.99

Billing Terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription expires.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your Apple device.
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store policies.

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period if you cancel before it ends. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, interface, logos, graphics, and features (excluding your own scanned documents), is owned by MD UZZAL MIA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all documents and content you create or scan using the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that OCR and scan results will always be completely accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MD UZZAL MIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ends.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
