These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Audio Editor Pro: Music Editor (the "App"), provided by the App's developer ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You agree not to use the App to create, edit, or distribute content that infringes another party's intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.

5. Third-Party Components & Services

The App uses Apple's StoreKit for purchases and RevenueCat for subscription-entitlement management, as described in our Privacy Policy. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that audio processing results (e.g., noise reduction, vocal removal) will meet your expectations for every source file.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 2, 6, and 7) will survive.
