These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Audio Editor (the "App"), provided by the App's developer ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement , we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Audio you record, import, edit, or export using the App ("Your Content") remains yours. We do not claim any ownership over Your Content and, as described in our Privacy Policy, Your Content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to us.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having all rights necessary to record, edit, and export it. For example, you are responsible for obtaining permission to record a conversation and for having the necessary rights to edit copyrighted audio or music.
You agree not to use the App to create, edit, or distribute content that infringes another party's intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
The App offers a free tier and optional paid features ("Pro Features"), available through auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID:

Apple may offer introductory or promotional pricing, including free trials, when available. Any such offer will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase.

The App uses Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases and RevenueCat for subscription-entitlement management, as described in our Privacy Policy.
MP3 export may use the LAME audio encoder, distributed under the LGPL-2.1 license as a dynamically linked framework. Use of third-party components is subject to their respective licenses and terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that audio processing results, including noise reduction, vocal removal, conversion, or other effects, will meet your expectations for every source file.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially violate these Terms, subject to applicable law.
You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions concerning Your Content, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time, including the pricing listed in Section 3. Pricing may change as reflected on the App Store.
Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
