Voice to Text Recorder – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Voice to Text Recorder ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Voice to Text Recorder allows you to record audio, convert speech into text, organize recordings, export transcripts, and optionally use AI-powered features including summaries, rewrites, translations, and writing assistance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, MD UZZAL MIA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all recordings and transcripts created using the App ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for complying with all applicable recording and privacy laws. When you use AI-powered features, the relevant transcript text may be securely transmitted to our AI service provider solely to generate the requested output.

6. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated transcripts, summaries, translations, rewrites, and other outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always review AI-generated content before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical, academic, or professional purposes.

7. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Voice to Text Premium is available through auto-renewable Weekly and Monthly subscriptions billed through your Apple ID account.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies and applicable laws.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Record another person without required legal consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Interfere with the App's operation or security.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, graphics, branding, trademarks, and content, is owned by MD UZZAL MIA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free transcription or AI services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MD UZZAL MIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated content.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

• These Terms are between you and MD UZZAL MIA only, not Apple Inc.
• Apple has no responsibility for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, Apple may refund the purchase price, if applicable.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.
